Poison Noises will cover your product under this warranty for three (3) years after the initial purchase.

Poison Noises will not cover the shipping costs from customer OR from our repair center.

This limited warranty only covers the initial purchaser of the pedal. This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.

If Poison Noises is unable to fix your pedal, we will replace your pedal outright. 

Poison Noises will not reimburse or refund the value of the pedal.

Any pedal that has been modified or been repaired by another repair center is not eligible for replacement.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Poison Noises.

Poison Noises shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to special amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
